How does the subscription work?
When you sign up for a MarkovML account, you will start with a 30-day free trial of our premium Team Plan. During this trial, you can experience all the advanced features, invite teammates to collaborate, and use the full power of MarkovML.
At the end of the trial, you can choose a plan that fits your needs—stick with the Team plan, switch to a Solo plan, or even downgrade to the Basic plan (free). This way, you get to experience the best of what MarkovML has to offer before committing to a subscription plan.
What happens when I sign up for a MarkovML account?
Once you sign up using your email, we will automatically create a workspace for you. A workspace is where all your activities, data, and apps are organized. You can invite others to collaborate within your workspace if you are on a team plan.
What happens when I sign up for a MarkovML account and downgrade?
Once you downgrade to the Solo or FREE plan from the Team plan, any additional teammates you have added will be deactivated. They will lose access to your workspace. Any scheduled workflows they create will also be archived.
What is a MarkovML workspace?
Your workspace is where all the magic happens! As soon as you sign up, a workspace is automatically created for you.
- If you are on the Team plan, you can invite others to collaborate within your workspace.
- If you are on the Enterprise plan, you can have multiple workspaces to manage different teams or projects. Contact us to learn more.
- If someone invites you to a workspace, you will have access to all the features based on their plan.
What happens after the trial ends?
If you don’t select a plan by the end of your trial, you will automatically switch to the Basic (Free) plan. You will still have access to your data, but it has limited features.
You can upgrade anytime to unlock more features.
What are the available Plans?
We offer plans for every kind of user:
- Basic Plan (Free): For individuals starting out. Includes 250 credits/month.
- Solo Plan: For single users who need advanced features like workflow scheduling, GenAI App Builder and more. Includes 4,000 credits/month.
- Team Plan: For teams (3 users) who need premium features, dedicated onboarding, and professional support. Includes 30,000 credits/month.
- Enterprise Plan: Designed for large organizations with features like multiple workspaces, private AI tools, audit logs, and premium support. Contact us to know more.

Who can I invite to my workspace?
On a Team Plan, you can invite colleagues, collaborators, or anyone else you are working with—even if they are using the Basic/Solo Plan. Once they join your workspace, they will have access to its available features based on your plan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan later?
Absolutely! You can switch between plans at any time. If your team grows or your needs change, upgrading to a higher plan is easy.
Can I try more than one plan?
No, the 30-day free trial lets you experience a premium Team plan. Afterward, you can switch to a different plan (even downgrade to the free plan if you prefer).
