Generate AI instruction prompts

Once you have created a new app and added its name and description, you will be taken to the Builder Page, as shown below, where you can write instructions or prompts for the AI to follow. You can also refine these prompts until the app gives the desired result.

Generate a good AI prompt

The App Builder comes with an AI prompt generator that makes it easy to write detailed instruction prompts for the AI to follow and give you the desired result.

For example, if you are building a LinkedIn post creator app, you might start with a basic prompt like: "Write a LinkedIn post introducing a new product feature with a professional tone."

This can be further refined into "Create a LinkedIn post based on the given requirements and context. Use a one-on-one conversational yet professional tone, and include relevant emojis."

However, this is still too vague. To improve it, you can use the AI Prompt Generator. Simply click the Generate a Prompt button at the top right of the Provide instruction prompt box. A pop-up will appear where you can describe your task in more detail, and generate AI suggested refined prompt.

The refined prompt could look like this: "Act as an engaging LinkedIn content creator. Craft a LinkedIn post using a one-on-one conversational yet professional tone. Ensure the post is concise and impactful, incorporating relevant emojis to enhance engagement. Ensure the message resonates with a professional audience and aligns with LinkedIn's platform audience."

Once you are satisfied, click on the Select button to add it to your app's prompts. You can also add placeholder text to guide users. Finally, test the app in the playground and see if the App generates the expected results. If not, tweak the prompt further until you are happy with the result.
